Accessibility
Built to be used by everyone
LinkQR is used on busy shop floors, on phones in poor signal, and by teams with all kinds of needs. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we do
- Every page works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
- Status is never shown by colour alone: live, gone quiet and never scanned always come with a word as well as a colour.
- Animation is kept short, and switched off when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Text can be zoomed to 200% without losing content, and pages work on small screens.
- The shopper pages you reach from a QR code are short, in plain language, and available in five languages.
What we know still needs work
- Some charts and maps are easier to read by sight. We’re adding text summaries and tables alongside them.
- Downloadable print files and invoices (PDF) are not yet fully tagged for screen readers.
- We haven’t yet had an independent accessibility audit. We plan one before launch and will publish the results here.
Tell us about a problem
- If anything in LinkQR is hard to use, email hello@linkqr.app. Tell us the page and what happened, and we’ll reply within five working days.
- If you need information in a different format, ask and we’ll do our best to provide it.
About this statement
